What counts as a conversion
A conversion is any ONE of: a lead name + phone captured by your DBR, a booking confirmed through your DBR, or a customer WhatsApp message initiated via the DBR widget. Each of these is tracked automatically in your Cockpit dashboard.
Your DBR must be live for at least 6 months
The DBR embed snippet must be verified and active on your website for a minimum of 6 out of the 12 months in your plan period. A paused or uninstalled snippet does not count toward eligible months.
Minimum site traffic required
Your website must have received at least 30 unique visitors per month for at least 6 months during the plan period. Traffic is tracked automatically by the DBR widget and visible in your Cockpit.
Your DBR must be fully configured
Within 30 days of activation, your DBR must have your business information filled in, at least 3 services listed, and a TuneScore of 60 or above. An unconfigured Rep cannot be expected to convert.
Claim window is 30 days after anniversary
Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days after your 12-month plan anniversary date. Claims submitted after this window are not eligible for a refund.
Annual plans only
The Conversion Guarantee applies exclusively to annual plans (Starter ₹12,000/yr, Business ₹30,000/yr, Pro ₹60,000/yr). Monthly plans are not covered under this guarantee.
No major business changes during the period
The guarantee is void if you changed your primary service category, moved to a different website domain, or deactivated the DBR for more than 60 cumulative days during the plan period.

How do I submit a refund claim?
Email us at support@qloody.com with your subdomain and the subject "Guarantee Claim". We review within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 working days.
What is "TuneScore 60"?
TuneScore is a 0–100 health score visible in your TuneX dashboard. It measures how complete and optimised your DBR configuration is. Scoring 60 means you've added your business info, services, brand tone, and at least one key knowledge item.
Can I get a partial refund if I cancel before 12 months?
The Conversion Guarantee covers the full 12-month period only. Early cancellations are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee. If you need to cancel, standard cancellation applies.
Does the guarantee reset if I upgrade my plan?
No. The guarantee clock starts from your original annual plan activation date and runs for exactly 12 months from that date. An upgrade mid-cycle does not reset the 12-month window.
